Meet Katie
Katie Calagui (pronounced ka-la-ghee) has served on executive leadership teams at financial advisory firms for the past 15 years. Throughout her journey, she has actively participated in the dynamic world of growth, navigating its highs and challenges across different stages. Her journey includes progressive roles in a small boutique firm, a mid-sized CPA-affiliated firm, and a larger, rapidly expanding RIA with a strong focus on acquisitions.
Katie has been instrumental in aiding founders and next generation leaders in refining their business operations and adapting to evolving roles, as well as supporting early career advisors and professionals with their career development.
Serving as Chief People Officer, she helped drive people strategy, build formal talent management and HR departments, recruit top-tier talent, and mentor both financial planners and emerging leaders.
She is passionate about helping firms and individuals achieve their next level of growth while fostering an employee experience that mirrors the exceptional value and impact of their client interactions.
